Plan Renewal Issue: Missing Credits in Account

Hey team, our plan got renewed but we haven't received the credits in our account. Can you please look into it?

    Hi Soheil, thanks for reaching out. Is this the workspace you're referencing? It seems as if the credits were correctl attributed to this account when the subscription renewed on October 12.

    Sorry no that's the old workspace from my previous role 🙂 The new one was fixed earlier today. Thanks for checking
