Need Guidance on Expanding Columns and Data Enrichment in Workbooks

Hello, hope everyone enjoyed their weekend! I'm running into column limitations, I'd need about 12 more columns. It looks like the write to table enrichment is for lists only. I was thinking about using the look up enrichment??? But could use some guidance on how to send the contact and other enrichment data to a different table in the workbook.
