Based on the screenshot, it looks like the tool from where you're downloading the CSV from, it's downloading a semi-colon ";" separated list instead of a regular comma which may have caused this behavior. Also, make sure that the column header from your data set are the very first row in the CSV file so they get populated correctly.

Sorry for the delay, what tool are you downloading this from, excel or another platform? Usually, google sheets tends to default to comma so we often recommend that but depends on the tool and their settings
