Hey Support, we have a GPT api connected to our workspace, weirdly only 2 members are able to select it while adding a claygent. Can please check this? Tried login in using incognito and clearing cookies already. Thanks!

This is likely a permissions issue. In Clay, integration accounts (like your GPT API connection) are tied to user roles and workspace permissions. Admins have full control over workspace settings and integrations, while Editors can create and edit integrations but have more limited access. The GPT API connection may have been set up by specific users or restricted to certain roles. Check: 1. Go to Settings > Connections to see who has access to the GPT API account 2. Verify if the account is set as default for all users 3. Ensure affected team members have the correct role permissions If you need to adjust team member roles or connection settings, workspace admins can manage these in the Settings section.
