Hi, is there a way to find some of the following using clay:

  1. 1.

    Hotels that have a change in management or ownership

  2. 2.

    Hotels receiving insurance claims or disaster recovery

  3. 3.

    Hotels that are currently or very recently rebranding

  4. 4.

    Hotels expanding their premises or adding new facilities

  5. 5.

    Newly opened hotels or upcoming hotels

    Great question - in these cases, how would you manually find this information? Are there any online sources that show these kinds of updates?How I approach these kinds of non traditional datapoints is to explore google and try to manually find the data I'm looking for, then replicate those searches inside of my Clay table and/or use the Claygent to help when there isn't a consistent and repeatable source available.
