Any ideas why my People search has run, but the people table doesn’t contain anything? I’m trying to create two tables in which I can remove the data from each, and then re-populate with a new list - so in this case

I’ve removed all data from both tables (As I’ve now used these leads)
Added leads to the Company table and enriched
Ran the column to update the people table, which it says succeeded
But the people table is empty

Interestingly, we ran a test with a random company and did import leads correctly. Not sure if anything interfered with that people's search but for now I'd suggest generating a new one since it's just two titles for now, and you can always import to the same table.

Jack H., I was able to re-map the columns so the newly imported leads go to the right columns you already had. I few other depend on other enrichments and you'll just have to update the inputs once you get one or two results so they can also run.

Arturo O. Thank you! I appreciate it In the future, when I want to clean the table of leads, and to re-import new ones to be enriched in the same flow - is there an easier way? Or will I have to re-map everything as you have done every time

Good one! Not necessarily, if for example, you can just delete the previous rows but still import new contacts if using the same method then the other enrichments would still be connected to those sources. If you delete the source column altogether then it will require re-mapping it though, since it would be an entirely new source

I’m just trying to run this table again with new leads, I’ve cleaned out the old ones and imported the new ones - I haven’t deleted any columns I seem to be facing an issue in which the People Search says “Missing Input” although there doesn’t seem to be any missing input https://app.clay.com/workspaces/82667/tables/t_zkA8tIfXeWpW/views/gv_ugEnhBX9ledX For context, I’m looking at the last (or far right) People Search, which appears to be the correct one, and I am currently just testing the first row to ensure it works properly before running them all Any ideas?

I believe this is the new column that was created, this one hasn’t been deleted since its usage (I could be wrong but I’m fairly sure) thanks for your help Arturo Just trying to get this workflow somewhat autonomous when adding new leads but this step always seems to cause issues, and I’m not sure if it’s somewhere I’m going wrong, or what else the issue might be

Also, I probably misunderstood how the People Search column worked before so I'll explain what may also be causing this. It will automatically find people depending on the view you selected the search to run in and if the company ends up in that view it will run. The people search column just helps connect that record to the other table as part of the lookup to push new info over.

Ahhh I see - so in this case I’d have to make a new people search every time I add new leads to the table? And then re-map all of the columns in the other table?

Since a previous search was already created and attached to that table, it will skip those companies to prevent duplicates.

In part yes, but if you'd like I can help you re-map it to start fresh but with the actual list of leads you're looking for... any new company you add will automatically search and add after that

Cool! I'll delete the Company table data column and the People Search column in those tables, let me know when you import the leads and I'll reconnect them. Then anything moving forward should work as intended

Correct, the previous source was disconnected so it will create a new "link" between them if you import to ST - People again

Looks like the first row doesn't have a company LI URL so that's why but the rest are working... Just mapping them out again and should be g2g soon

All cool! Just finished checking everything is mapped out. Some columns still show error but because they depend on the results from other integrations, once they start coming in they will work on their own

But the people search column just works to establish the connection to the Company table data column in your people table. Find People runs in the background so long as the table is auto-updating (regardless if people search runs or not) at least from what I understood a few days ago.... it was still a bit foggy for me too haha
