Issue with Phone Number Retrieval and Final Column Population Error

when getting phone numbers I always encounter the same error- it finds a number on the same stage of the waterfall, but doesn't populate final column...

    When this happens, it's typically because the phone number was found by a data provider but didn't pass the validation check.     tried hard refresh, etc. Only thing i've found is opening in excel and copying and pasting--- i'm sure there's a formula but don't wan tto use any more credits for this
