Highlighting Companies Without People Found by Clay
when "finding people" from a list of companies - is there a way to highlight or create a seperate list of the companies that clay was not able to find people for?

also what's the best way to Normalize first names? the preset clay recipe for normalizing doesn't seem to be 100% accurate
it still requires me to review everything
and if this is the best way - is there a way to automate the "cleaning process" of the normalized first name column. I.e - i would want to fill any blank cells with the appropriate first name, remove Dr. / Mr. /Ms. and replace with the appropriate normalized first name (I would want to do automate this)
also is there a way to be notified when a new lead is found through my clay automations? or at least highlight it in the table?

You can try using a formula column instead to do this? Also if you end using either the formula column or sticking to the recipe, then both will automatically run the moment a first or last name is given to normalize. In regards to notifications for when a new lead is found through Clay there currently is no way to do this, although this has been brought up before to the team. However currently there is no ETA on when or if the feature could be added.

in terms of normalizing names I want to do the following:
ensure the first name field is not blank (every time i run it it also leads a small percentage blank)
remove any " . "
remove any prefixes like "Dr." "Mr." "Ms."
ensure the name has it's first letter capitalized and the rest lowercase
when using the existing normalized first names recipe, I've been feeding it the "first name" column, but maybe I should be feeding it the "imported profiles" column instead or another more raw column?
also - what would be to best way to add "1-off" contacts into the "Find People from Find Jobs Table"
Hey there Miguel thanks for reaching out, to answer your first question, we would do this in the company table. The steps to accomplish are as follows. In the Company Table perform a "Lookup Multiple Rows in Other Table" integration to see if the domains of the companies in the company exist in the people table. If they no records are found this means that these companies do not have contacts that were found in the People Table.
