Hi team - my Smartlead --> Clay webhook isn't working all of a sudden. Any idea what it could be? I tried replacing the webhook and sending a test email (which worked)
There could be a few key reasons for this:1. You may be hitting our rate limits - we process up to 10 records per second per workspace, with a maximum burst capacity of 20 records. 2. Check if your API key is still valid in Clay. You'll need a valid SmartLead API key added to Clay, which you can find and copy from app.smartlead.ai/app/settings/profile. 3. Verify that you're sending data to an existing campaign in SmartLead, as every SmartLead integration action requires an active campaign to work properly.If you're still experiencing issues after checking these items, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further help. Ensure you have not created any duplicate webhooks for the same level in SL
i.e you can not create two client level webhooks for the same client in SL
Ah ok - mine are all at the account / campaign level, but I do have multiple webhooks looking at my account - is that an issue?
account level webhook will override all the other webhooks
