For the missing work emails: You can restart the email finder process for the failed or incomplete entries. Go to your first waterfall column and use the "Run all rows that haven't run or have errors" option. This will only process entries that weren't completed, avoiding duplicate runs on already successful searches.Regarding credits: If the providers didn't return valid data during the enrichment process, you may be eligible for a refund for those specific actions. The following email-finding actions are refundable: ** clay-find-work-email-v2 ** clay-find-work-email ** hunter find-email-v2 ** hunter find-email ** datagma-find-work-email-v2 ** datagma-find-work-email-v3 * icypeas-find-emailPlease request human support to help review your specific case for potential credit refunds. Manav, thanks for raising this. Waterfalls include multiple providers, as you've seen, and each outputs a result in their own column. The column in you screenshot is a "merge column", which consolidates the results from the waterfall. If you delete a provider / its output data, then the final merge column will not be able to display the value. Does that make sense so far? Deleted columns cannot be restored, but you can (re)run any integrations as you prefer. It looks like the table used ~5700 credits in total, and LeadMagic was deleted after it used ~1400. I've added 2000 credits back to your account to cover this and a bit more.
