So for example if you are looking for the marketing department headcount you can enter in words like "marketing", "PR", and "Advertising" to find people in that department. Now keep in mind that since it is using LinkedIn to find these results, if an employee does not have a LinkedIn profile or has it set to private or does not have that company listed as their current job they will not show up.
