Investigating Workbook Issue: Missing Interactions on Posts

Hey team ! Flagged on support but maybe this will help escalate - We have a new issue with a workbook that is supposed to scrape "interactions" on post every day (see here> https://app.clay.com/workspaces/502058/workbooks/wb_3SAqc7icR5ab/tables/t_8ZivNh7EdVgp/views/gv_fnvVq5SbqAUm) Could you please investigate why it's not bringing any new interactions from the 13 posts we got in there ? It seems the issue might be related to how the source for your workbook is set up. The table could be using a static source instead of a dynamic one. To fix this: 1. Check your sources in the workbook. 2. Change the source to a dynamic one. 3. Set up an import schedule to automatically fetch new entries. 4. Specify a cadence for the import. 5. Configure import filters to match your requirements. If you're using web scraping, ensure the scrape delay is set correctly. Thanks for sharing this, Alexis. Would you be able share a bit more detail on the issue? I'm curious to know which specific post(s) should have more interactions, and in what timeframe. From what I can see, the source ran successfully earlier, and on my re-run a few moments ago, but the data provider did not have any new results to surface.
