It’s a waterfall. An email was found already so subsequent actions were not run. This is exactly how it is supposed to work.

Hi Ilya Z., Amit S. is correct! If you used an email waterfall search for this, the condition for it to run are that the previous provider was not able to find a validated email. Since an email was found for Carlos Soares by Prospeo, the next provider won't run :)

The next column is not one more provider, it's a validator. (mailreach). After prospeo finds the email it should be validated in the next column but it did not happen

Hey Ilya, that's correct. That's what it's checking for here to ensure it doesn't use up another credit (either Clay's or your own API) in such instances.
