I need to set up Clay → Smartlead so that identical prospect emails are sent evenly across multiple SDR mailboxes (round robin), ensuring each SDR sends an equal share. Can this be configured logically within Clay to Smartlead?

You can use the round-robin features in Clay to ensure fair assignments. More on that here: https://www.clay.com/university/guide/round-robin-integration-overview You could use that to e.g. control which campaigns that are routed to in Smartlead.
