Fixing Row Issues in Phone Number Scrape Functionality

Hi, the "choose number of rows to run" function is not working. The column "Find Phone Numbers (general scraped)" has run by accident (forgot to turn off auto update so it ran without all the info it needed to provide the correct the result). In the below table there are 9856 rows. Everything up to row 6,400 is correct, but everything afterwards ran too early. I can't find a way to rerun all the rows after row 6,400 (without force running all 9.8k rows (which would be a massive waste).
