Troubleshooting OpenAI API Connection Issues with Clay

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with connecting my OpenAI API to Clay. When I try to use my OpenAI GPT Key, it gives me this error: The rate limits associated with your OpenAI API key are too low to run this action with the selected model. See "Increasing your limits" here. What should I do? I'm in Tier 1 as I just created the account in openai platform today. I also bought 50 USD credits to start.

ChatGPT will work with all tiers of OpenAI, whereas Claygent requires Tier 2 or above. If you are just using chatgpt you can click save and dont test after inputting the api key and it should work. That being said, it could still be possible you need to increase your rate limits. You can check your ChatGPT usage or limits at the following links: • Usage • Limits • Usage Tiers Their support team will always grant you the request if you have prepaid the minimum amount required and they’ll be quick to assist if you need to increase your limits or troubleshoot any issues
