When our plan renews, there's often a 1-2 hour delay before credits appear in your account due to transaction processing times. This is normal and happens because our card provider needs time to process transactions. For example, if your renewal was at 12 PM, credits might not show up until around 1 PM. This processing window applies to each renewal cycle based on your original billing time.
If you continue to see issues after this 1-2 hour period, you can check your credit usage in Workspace Settings > Credit Usage. If you need further assistance, please request human help by clicking on "Talk to a person" for a more detailed investigation of your account.
