Finding Employee Growth Numbers by Title or Department on Clay

Is there a way to find employee growth numbers by title or by department. I know apollo has access to this information broadly and that it's in linkedin, but wasn't sure if there was an easy way to do this on clay. I know you can find employee headcount by title, but that doesn't give you any growth numbers.
