    Chris F. apologies there were some model updates today and it seems to have been an issue with OpenAI's model alias - we have just pushed something that will fix that

    Sending this to 02 Support for visibility, but also experiencing gpt 3.5 turbo json parsing errors

    hey William H. we are aware of this and we apologize. If you switch the model to "gpt-4-turbo" this should work for the time being, else we have communicated to OpenAI about the issue and we are waiting on a response.
