Controlling for PE as a Keyword: Case Sensitivity, Quotation Marks?

·
·

I thought I was making good progress with the Keyword approach (vs Score Row), until I hit this One of the "keywords", I am looking for is Private Equity, this works well/if fine. Private Equity is often abbreviated to PE by companies in their LinkedIn descriptions. So I added PE as a keyword And then saw this "huge unexpected result" .... I was flummoxed. The description is written in Bahasa (used in Indonesia and Malaysia) and in Bahasa, there are many words which have the 2 letters pe in them I can think of 2 ways to control for this a) Make it case sensitive as the PE I want is always always expressed in upper case b) Make it look for PE with space before and after (eg do I quote it as " PE " ) Will this work - any other ways?

Hey hey! Can you drop the URL for your table here? (if applicable) 🫶 Don't worry, only admins will be able to open your table 😉

I have tried everything I can think of, tried to use single quotes, double quotes, spaces etc ... and nothing works as a work around. Sadly I HAVE to be able to look for PE as this a standard industry "term" I am hoping your engineering team can figure out a quick fix (fingers crossed)

Hey Ian, sorry for the delay! I'll take a look. Maybe for this one, we can use a formula instead to parse it exactly as you say, with upper case and/or with spaces. It should be able to return a count too

Arturo O. - really hoping we can make this work as it would be a bit of a show stopper for me for this project
