Can we run 'recently hired in 6 months' on a people list, so we know who got hired or changed jobs in that time frame

Yes, you can track recent job changes in your people list through these steps: 1. Open your people table and click "Actions > Monitor for Job Changes" 2. Select the column containing your contacts' LinkedIn URLs 3. Click "Save and run"For historical job changes: ** Add the contact's last known company LinkedIn URL to enable Clay to detect if a job change occurred ** Run the enrichment process to identify job changes in your listNote: If you only want to track future changes, simply provide the LinkedIn URLs without including company information. For historical checks, include both person and company LinkedIn URLs to detect if people have moved from their previous positions.
