I have Apollo as part of my contact enrichment waterfall via API key. The key says verified but it doesn't seem to be working.
There could be a few reasons why your Apollo API key is showing as verified but not working properly: 1. The API key might lack the necessary permissions specifically for the enrich endpoint, even though it's technically valid. 2. If you're seeing "[email_not_unlocked@domain.com](mailto:email%5Fnot%5Funlocked@domain.com)" in your results, this is because Apollo now requires using the "Enrich Person from Apollo" function specifically to extract emails, rather than other methods. To resolve this: ** Verify that your API key has the correct permissions for the enrich endpoint ** Ensure the entire API key is copied exactly with no missing characters * Check that you're using the "Enrich Person from Apollo" function with all necessary input fields mapped correctlyIf these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need to contact Apollo's support team to verify the specific endpoint access for your API key. Hey Doug, after adjusting the waterfall setting to use different inputs and re-running the cell it appears to experiencing a different error as shown in the image below. This appears to be related to what permissions your Apollo API has as we're receiving "API_INACCESSIBLE" on our end. Curious, what tier of Apollo account are you on and are there any permissions or limitations set? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1375920731/953946a2d4a059c37f31d22ff58f/CleanShot+2025-02-11+at+14_16_48%402x.png?expires=1739303100&signature=d2840353e3c92f76fdb908903a7423759c7f129aa8ac5a40a7cf43817ebf29a4&req=dSMgE8B8nYZcWPMW1HO4zf9jUKG1hszjegSXwPfz1lODh%2BGmUL0C3IW3J5WS%0Ag%2BEk%0A
I'm on the Basic (Annual) plan
I can check with Apollo and see if there are any restrictions set
Got it. Sounds good, would recommend double checking this and getting back to us so we can troubleshoot most accurately. :)
Heard back from Apollo. I didn't give the key permission to use the correct people/match endpoints. It's working now. Thanks.
