Having an issue where I try to use a slash command to insert Post URLs for the "Get interactions with professional posts" enrichment/source and it shows "No matching columns found" even though I have a column "Post URL" in the table that should definitely work.
This is a common issue with the slash command reference system. Try typing the forward slash / again and look for your "Post URL" column in the dropdown menu that appears. [1]
Sometimes the column matching doesn't work perfectly on the first try. Make sure you're selecting the exact column name from the dropdown rather than typing it manually.
If it's still not showing up, the column might need to contain the right format of professional post URLs. The enrichment expects specific post URL formats to work properly. [2]
Was that helpful?
I tried changing the data type, adding more columns, ofc redoing the slash command – nothing works. Human help plz ❤️

Hey Elias! This is just a direct URL link, not a column reference. If you click into the icon, it'll provide you with an example. I've attached a screenshot for you below, please let us know if you have any follow up questions!
Is there any way to do a row by row search of interactions of professional posts in Clay? 🙏
What specific interactions were you looking for out of curiosity?
Out of a column of say 10 linkedin post URLs, I’d love to find the likes, comments and shares for each of those posts!
And that column would grow to 100+ posts over time, etc.
Looks like only 'Get interactions with professional posts' is an action that requires a specific URL/unable to reference columns (our teams are working on changing this down the line). If you're looking for likes, comment, and shares:
Get comments on a professional post
Get shares on a professional post
Get reactions on a professional post
I understand that 'Get interactions with professional posts' should be intended and used to conserve more credits rather than using them individually but due to a source blocker, we are still working on this for the future. Apologies for the inconvenience here. Any other questions we could answer for you?
We haven't heard back from you here, so we're going to go ahead and close this thread out.
