How do I import Account's list from Sales Nav to Clay?

    To import an account list from Sales Navigator to Clay, follow these steps: 1. In Sales Navigator, set up your desired search filters (don't save as a list). 2. Copy the URL of the search results page. 3. In Clay, create a "Find People" table. 4. Click on "External List" in the Method category. 5. Paste the Sales Navigator search URL into the URL box. 6. Click the blue "Import" button to start the process. Note: This method imports up to 2,500 results, costing 1 Clay credit per result. The import can take a few minutes to over 30 minutes.     No it doesn't, this is the way to import people not companies.

    Hi Noor, thank you for reaching out.To import contacts between Sales Nav and Clay you can follow these steps: 1. Define your search using the desired filters in Sale Nav (don't save this as a list or search, simply set the filters and perform the search) 2. Copy and Paste the URL from this search webpage and head back into Clay 3. Create a table a "Find People" table in Clay and click on "External List" in this Method category 4. Paste this URL to the Sales Nav search from step 2 into the URL box that appears once "External List" is selected 5. Once this link is pasted the blue "Import" button will light up and click this to begin the import process 6. The process of loading contacts can take anywhere from a few minutes upwards of 30+ minutes (we appreciate your patience) 7. After this search has loaded you'll be able to manipulate data from Sale Nav in this table like you would with any data captured natively from Clay External URL: Where you'll paste your Sales Navigator link

    Clay doesn't support import of Sales Nav list with boolean search?

    I've a Sales Nav list of the right people that I need, with boolean search. Whenever I import that list, it includes 1500 or more instead of just the right people that I've in my list.

    Hi Noor, Thank you for your patience. Just a quick reminder — when using Sales Navigator, please don’t save the search as a list or saved search. Instead, simply set the filters and run the search directly. Let me know if anything’s unclear — happy to help!

    Apologies, what I mean is to not run the search, only set the filters. After this, you can copy the URL and using the same instructions as above import the people you found on your search.

    But without the boolean criteria, i'm not getting the list I want

    Unfortunately, if the outlined method of first doing a search, then copying the URL of the search and plugging it into Clay does not work, then I do not believe your use case is feasible, unless you are able to download this list as a csv. In that case, we can download it as a csv and upload into Clay!
