Red Triangle Update Delay After Depositing Money to OpenAI Account

hey! how quickly does this red triangle updates after depositing money to OpenAI account? For some reason I'm seeing this error on all claygent and gpt tasks. Not sure why. We have the money on openai account. Is it possible it's a bug? I checked more different api keys and openai accounts - all have red triangle. Please lmk!
