Issue with Importing Profiles on Explorer Plan in Clay App

I can't seem to import more profiles here. There were 34,000 results and I am on an Explorer Plan but only pulling 60 profiles

Hey Matthew! I've just taken a look and it seems this table has costed ~240 credits in the past month. Happy to refund those credits now. Hope this helps!

That's definitely strange. I would recommend just duplicating the table and then adding a new 'Find People Source' to it and then go from there, so you can start fresh without having to deal with these issues.

What was strange is that I imported the first 50 people, then imported 24k but after I refreshed it showed 61 people

I imported them, the table showed 25000 but then when I refreshed on my People table it was all gone besides the first 61

Did you have rows in the table and you end up deleting them after? That would explain why it won't let you import again

Hi Mathew, thank you for reaching out! I see a different error message right now that says you can't import more than your plan limit in the table. That's probably because you have 61 rows in the table and you are trying to import 25,000 rows which is the total limit. Reducing the limit to 25000 - 61 = 24939 should fix that. Could you try that, and let me know how it goes?
