I can't seem to import more profiles . There were 34,000 results and I am on an Explorer Plan but only pulling 60 profiles

Your Explorer plan allows up to 25,000 profiles per search, so you should be able to import more than 60 profiles. The issue is likely due to search filter limits being applied. Check if you have restrictions like "number of leads per company" in your search settings - these limits reduce the final import count even when the preview shows 34,000 results. To fix this, review your search filter settings and adjust any applied restrictions before importing.

Hey Matthew - I can see the current issue with the search is that it is configured to pull data from a table that is not currently mapped. If you restart the search here without any table references or a correctly mapped one, you should be good to go!

Hi Mathew, thank you for reaching out! I see a different error message right now that says you can't import more than your plan limit in the table. That's probably because you have 61 rows in the table and you are trying to import 25,000 rows which is the total limit. Reducing the limit to 25000 - 61 = 24939 should fix that. Could you try that, and let me know how it goes?

Did you have rows in the table and you end up deleting them after? That would explain why it won't let you import again

I imported them, the table showed 25000 but then when I refreshed on my People table it was all gone besides the first 61

What was strange is that I imported the first 50 people, then imported 24k but after I refreshed it showed 61 people

That's definitely strange. I would recommend just duplicating the table and then adding a new 'Find People Source' to it and then go from there, so you can start fresh without having to deal with these issues.
