Assistance Required: Account Blocked for Clay Setup Process

Support with Account Blocked Hi Clay team, My name is Nicolas Francese, a member of Clay Latam, Clay Creator, and founder of ZalesMachine. I've already sent the email to the appropriate mailbox to address this, but I need to resolve it asap. I wanted to let you know that we handle all outbound processes in-house for each company. As part of this process, we set up all the tools (including Clay) with their own usernames and passwords. When trying to create an account with their email: obrown@rdamobility.com I encountered the following issue (Image attached) I need to resolve this as soon as possible since I have to deliver the project to the client.
