Downgrading Your Clay Plan: Data and Credit Loss Concerns

I'm currently with $350 plan which I pay monthly. We use clay once every 2-3 months. Can I downgrade the plan to starter and upgrade to explorer when nedeed? I;m not connected to custom API. Will I loose any data or credits that usually cavyforward?

    Bharat, thanks for reaching out! If you downgrade your plan, you won’t lose any existing table data. However, you might lose some credits that don’t roll over, based on our Credit Roll Over policy. For monthly plans, unused credits roll over and accumulate up to 2x your plan’s credit limit. Since the credit limit is lower on the Starter plan, the number of credits that can roll over will also decrease. You can downgrade/upgrade between starter and explorer plans as you'd like but just wanted to make sure you were aware of this!
