Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
To achieve this, you can use our "Enrich Person From Profile" (or Enrich Company!) feature. Simply go to "Add Column" > "Add Enrichment", then search for "Enrich Person from Profile" as demonstrated below. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1273496698/41b27fedf8588fc9ae3b8e112036/CleanShot+2024-12-02+at+10_50_36%402x.png?expires=1733157000&signature=6d666554af2b42004a487eb97f63c368831bc6b6aaeb3ec5fa00d1f68e16dc47&req=dSIgFc13m4dWUfMW1HO4zWQpQjUNA2XS9u70fW8pZPId7g%3D%3D%0A From the menu that appears, ensure that the "LinkedIn URL" column is selected under "Social Profile Identifier," as shown below: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1273498444/03717d09cffd0089d4e0425d48c2/CleanShot+2024-12-02+at+10_50_46%402x.png?expires=1733157000&signature=5cd7c21225259d843add96b27464d6424ed12b7d1682b629d579ad642814f739&req=dSIgFc13lYVbXfMW1HO4zeJ3KK5yxExdx2kmhXV75CFqzA%3D%3D%0A Next, click "Continue to add fields." In the menu that appears, toggle on any information you want to display as its own column in your Clay table. For example, in the screenshot below, I am selecting the number of followers per LinkedIn profile. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1273500405/6911ed4c263732c811094f93b6f0/CleanShot+2024-12-02+at+10_50_59%402x.png?expires=1733157000&signature=56961a1868e40e270729c8797a6b57ccd05177ac1a9732a33e1b684f59a0eebb&req=dSIgFcx%2BnYVfXPMW1HO4zX%2BTSc%2B7gUpOCPU9tg8DSA3eIw%3D%3D%0A After that, click "Save," and the columns should appear in your table. Let me know if this works for you! Please note that a very similar fucntionality, just with a slightly different name exists for Companies too!
Hi, I am looking at the list of people that follow a particular company, so for eaxmple if want to see who all follow Vichinth I go to SalesNavigator and select my company and see the list of people who are following my organization, I wanted to see if there is any third party service supported by Clay that can do this for me for organizations other than the one that I am working
Hey! Thanks for asking about following lists on Sales Navigator. Currently, Clay doesn't have a direct way to scrape followers from companies other than your own on Sales Nav - this is due to LinkedIn's privacy restrictions. You can only see followers for companies where you have admin access. Same for other tools as well. We've seen a few users scraping post likers with tools like Apify or Phantombuster with a lot of success! :) Let me know if you have more questions - Happy Monday ๐
Hey Bo, Would you have any idea if Apify can help me in scraping other company followers.
Hey there, Apify doesn't have an actor for scraping other company followers, only your own! As Bo shared above, this is due to LinkedIn's privacy restrictions that only see followers for companies where you have admin access. For example if you try to do this manually by going to any company or profile page, you will see that you cannot see follower profiles but only the number of followers a company has. I know this information can be particularly useful for prospecting or lead generation, which is why instead I'd recommend you try extracting profiles that have interacted with company posts. Most of these people will likely be followers as well, but this allows you to focus on the followers that are the most active! You can use this Apify LinkedIn Posts Reactions Scraper to extract this information. Here's a tutorial on how to integrate Apify with Clay. Feel free to give this a try and let me know if this works for you!
