Issues Pulling Contacts from Companies in Clay Website

Hi CLAY! Never got a proper response last time I am having issues pulling Contacts from this list of Companies? I add location, job title, and limit the results to three contacts per company, and it only returns 50 every time. I have played around with the filters but it only ever returns 50. If I don't put a limit of three per company it will give me 20,000+ with 100 contacts in one company which I do not need nor want. Thank you.

When searching for contacts with filters, there are a few important limits to be aware of: 1. The default limit for results is 10 contacts, with a maximum of 10 contacts per search. 2. If you have applied restrictions like a limit of 3 people per company, the final number of imported contacts will reflect these limits, even if there are more potential matches available. For example, if your search shows 5000+ total results, you'll still only get up to 3 contacts per company based on your settings.To get more contacts, you may need to: • Adjust your search filters • Run multiple searches • If you need to increase limits beyond 250 contacts, please click on "Talk to a person" for assistance Sources: Source - Clay Find People with Companies, People, Jobs Find Contacts at Company with Companies, People, Jobs

Hey George! I checked out your search setup for Perth, WA and those superior job titles with a 3-person company limit. I made a quick video showing how to do this: https://cln.sh/C6R0G69X Quick heads up - I tested it both with and without the company limit, and everything's working fine. One thing to note: when you're previewing, you'll only see 50 people, but don't worry! The full results with your 3-person limit will show up when you export to your table. Thank you so much Bo, Have just taken a look at all the formulas and searches that you have done. I am unfortunately running into an issue. It has happened more than once when pulling contacts and I have tried figuring everything out from my end, and there is no visible explanations. The issue is I have a list of companies and contacts. I do a search to find which of those companies don't have contacts (outside of CLAY), then I put those companies with no contacts (company name, url, ect) into CLAY and pull contacts from them. This list is around 3,000, and I the get around 5,000 contacts from those companies. Once I have the contacts and have enriched them, I export the list and do another look up to check if those contacts are already in our list and it says yes? After telling my there where none. I am lost with what is happening in the process. Could we please organise a call or teams meeting. As we have been messaging back and forth but don't hear back for 24hrs because if the time difference. Trying complete anything is taking weeks. We have been a customer of CLAY for over a year now. Could you tell me more about what happens between steps 2 and 3? When you say "companies that don't have anyone" - do you mean companies where Clay couldn't find employee data? And for step 4, are you looking to find additional employees at those same companies? Hi Clay! We haven't used CLAY in a while as it kept giving us duplicates. But we are looking to grow again and possibly change providers if you can't offer us any more data within our industries?
