I am getting the no options found response in the drop down again on the lookup function. I added a new key and authed in and it still isnt working.
The "no options found" response in the lookup function dropdown could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure you've correctly set up your Salesforce integration: 1. Check if you've selected the right Salesforce account in the lookup function. 2. Verify that you've specified the correct Object to lookup. 3. Make sure your search parameters (Fields to Filter By, Search Operator, and Field Values) are correctly set. If the issue persists, it might be an API key problem. Double-check your API key in Settings > Your Profile > API Key section. If needed, try regenerating the key and updating it in your Clay integration. If you're still experiencing issues, please share more details about your setup so we can troubleshoot further.
Re-authenticate your integration in Manage Integrations. Check column settings โ ensure the right input type (Text, URL, etc.). refresh you page then try again.
If you're still experiencing the "no options found" issue in the lookup function dropdown, try these additional steps: 1. Double-check your Salesforce account selection in the lookup function. 2. Verify the Object you're trying to lookup is correct. 3. Review your search parameters (Fields to Filter By, Search Operator, and Field Values). 4. Ensure your API key is correct. Go to Settings > Your Profile > API Key section to verify or regenerate it. 5. Perform a hard refresh of your browser (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R). If the issue persists, you may need to request human assistance for further troubleshooting.

Things I have tried already:
Generate a new API key again in the settings (twice)
Try it from another table
Wait a day / reload etc
Still all of these show the empty drop-down
Hey - Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
