Troubleshooting No Options Found in Lookup Function

I am getting the no options found response in the drop down again on the lookup function. I added a new key and authed in and it still isnt working.

    The "no options found" response in the lookup function dropdown could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure you've correctly set up your Salesforce integration: 1.     Re-authenticate your integration in Manage Integrations. Check column settings โ€“ ensure the right input type (Text, URL, etc.). refresh you page then try again.
