I just purchased 12,500 credits but they are not showing in my account. Can someone from support please help me with this?
If you've just made your purchase, please note that it may take 1-2 hours for the credits to appear in your account due to transaction processing times. This delay is related to how our card provider processes transactions. For example, if you made your purchase at 12 PM, the credits might not be reflected until 1 PM.If you continue to experience issues after waiting for 2 hours, please ask for a human agent to assist you further. Hey Jed, thanks for reaching out. Have a few questions to confirm we're on the same page: 1. This was a top-up credit purchase, not a plan correct? 2. Did you receive a charge on your credit card for these credits? 3. Which workspace did you purchase credits in? Let me know the information related to the above questions so we can get this resolved for you. :)
Hey Owen L.! Yes, it was us a top up credit purchase. Yes, I was charged. I purchased them on my jed@practicalprospecting.io account. Can you look into this? I'm still not seeing the credits
Is there a way to talk to a human?
Hi Jed, thanks for reaching out. Taking a look at this now! Sorry about your experience with our AI bot here.
No worries, thank you!!
I see several workspaces associated with jed@practicalprospecting.io. Can you send me the url to a table in the workspace you purchased the top-up in so I can take a closer look at those transactions?
It looks like the purchase went through yesterday and the credits were successfully added to your workspace as per our records - it seems as if you spent these credits. I'll run a credit spend analysis and let you know where these were spent. In the meantime - I will be adding another 12500 credits to your workspace here. Sorry about the inconvenience!
Got it, thank makes sense. Thank you so muchj. I dont remember running a table so im a bit confused about how the credits were spent
Is that what you were looking for?
Hey there Jed, jumping in for Bruno here, what could have happened here is an existing table with active columns may have had rows added to it. If this were to happen any new rows would immediately trigger any integrations inside of the columns to run.
