Hi, we recently upgraded our account yesterday. We were on a grandfathered plan that let us have 10 million + 1 million rows. We moved up to the $800/month plan from our old $349 one. We're seeing some errors about row limits now, and we're wondering if it's because we upgraded from that grandfathered plan and maybe lost our extra row allowance? Could you take a quick look ASAP?
I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. It's possible that the row limit errors are related to your recent plan change. To address this, you have a couple of options: 1. Purchase additional credits: Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits. Select the amount needed and click Continue. 2. Upgrade your plan: If you anticipate ongoing increased usage, consider upgrading to the next tier. Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan, select the next tier, and click Upgrade Plan. If these steps don't resolve the issue or you need more specific assistance, please request to talk to a person for further help with your account's unique situation.

Hey Kim! Sorry about this. Happy to help✨. We increased the workspace limit to 15M rows to unblock you. Let us know if you still run into any issues.
