Anyone else notice that every time you use Wiza to find emails, whether it be in a waterfall or standalone, it always gets stuck at “awaiting callback”? Any way to troubleshoot this?
If your Wiza enrichment is stuck at "awaiting callback," try performing a hard refresh: ** Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R ** Mac: Cmd + Shift + R This typically resolves issues where cells are stuck in a queued status. If the problem persists after the hard refresh and you need further help, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
You're right that Wiza enrichments often resolve on their own with time. If you want to speed things up when they're stuck, you can force the enrichment to run by clicking the column header, hovering over "Run column," and selecting "Force" to jumpstart it. Alternatively, you can double-click the stuck row and click "re-run this cell" to make it work.
