Hey there Michael thanks for reaching out, if you are trying to track employee changeover time, the best way to do this is with the "Find Employee Headcount by Criteria" Maximum number of Months Since Start Date of Current Role filter option. This will require more than one integration column for this particular integration, but what you will is specify the particular job titles to focus on and then enter in a value for "Maximum number of months". Then in a separate column you will enter in the same job titles again and enter in a larger number for the Maximum number of Months value. For example you can do "Finance" and 3 months for the first column and then "Finance" and 6 months for the second column and then yo9u can check to see what the difference is between both columns and that is the change in time for this particular position.
