When your Clay plan renews, there's typically a 1-2 hour delay before credits appear in your account due to transaction processing times. This delay occurs because our card provider needs time to process transactions. For example, if your renewal was at 12 PM, your credits might not show up until around 1 PM. If it's been more than 2 hours since your expected renewal time and you still don't see your credits, or if the renewal date showing in your account seems incorrect, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further help with your specific account situation.
