Need Help with Engineering Count on Clay from LinkedIn Data

Hi everyone ! Just got my hands back on Clay and there is something I don't understand. I need to get the engineering count of a company from a linkedin company page in order to run a conditionnal flow right after depending on the count. The thing is that Clay will get me 3 people and when I manually check it i actually get 24. Can someone help me out on this please ?
