Can I get some help troubleshooting an error syncing into La Growth Machine? It seems like it's the LinkedIn URL, but they are formatted correctly.
In the last column
For La Growth Machine sync issues with LinkedIn URLs, ensure you're using regular LinkedIn profile URLs (NOT Sales Navigator URLs).
The URL format should be: [https://www.linkedin.com/in/username/](https://www.linkedin.com/in/username/)
including the full https:// prefix.
Also verify your field mapping is correct in Step 3 of the Create or Update Lead action.
Could you paste the specific error message you're seeing so I can help troubleshoot further?
The linkedin URL is formatted correctly. There are many error recommendations in the AI troubleshooting output but I have checked them all
Since you've verified the LinkedIn URL format and checked common issues, try these troubleshooting steps: 1. Clear your browser cache and refresh - this resolves many persistent error messages 2. Perform a hard refresh: • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R 3. Check field mapping - ensure Step 3 field mapping is correct in your Create or Update Lead action 4. Verify audience setup - confirm you have an existing audience in La Growth Machine under Leads > Audiences If these steps don't resolve the sync errors, please share the specific error message you're seeing so I can provide more targeted troubleshooting.
Can I please speak with a human?
Hey there Jill thanks for reaching out, taking a look at this, The cause of this error is due to the "Custom attribute 5" value having a character length of over 1000 characters. The length of this input needs to be under or at 1000 characters when entering in values for LGM
Is there anyway I can diagnose these errors myself? I feel bad having to hit up this channel. The AI troubleshooter in Clay did not list this unfortunately
Good to know on the limit. I will try to figure that out
Currently there is no way for a majority of the bugs, however this is something that the team is working on implementing in the future so that users can start checking these themselves.
Ok sweet! No worries. Thanks for helping me figure this out
