Setting User Permissions for Workspace Visibility in Slack

Is there a way to set permissions on users so the users from different companies I work with only see the workspaces dedicated to them?

Each user automatically gets their own separate workspace when they sign up. Users can only access your workspace if you explicitly invite them through the settings. To maintain separation between different companies, you should have each company's users work in their own dedicated workspaces rather than trying to manage permissions within a single workspace.
