is there a way to structure the logic so clay finds all data possible from dif providers and doesn't stop after the first one?

If you're looking to maximize data collection even if some data providers overlap, I would recommend not using waterfalls but adding each provider you're interested in separately. As long as the required inputs for each one are present each time you add new records, they'll run. Let me know if you have additional questions!
