Hi The HG Insights API isnt working. It wont load any of the dynamic inputs. I have tried logging out and back and in and still nothing is populating. Thanks

This issue might be related to the Body section of your Enrichment Panel input. Here are some common troubleshooting steps to resolve the dynamic inputs loading problem: 1. Check that your dynamic column keys are properly formatted: • Ensure all keys are surrounded by double quotes • If combining plain text with dynamic column tags, create a Formula column first • Verify that keys are separated by commas 2. Review for syntax issues: • Look for extra spaces • Check for proper colons and brackets • Ensure proper punctuation throughout 3. Check for hidden characters: • Try copying and pasting your body content into a text editor • This can help identify any hidden characters that might be causing the issue 4.
