Issue with Seniority Filter in Recent Hires Monitor Table

Hey I am still running into this issue.. when I am monitoring accounts using the "Recent Hires" Once I apply the monitor table, it just removed the seniority filter So basically it just mass adds a bunch of lower level titles on this. The "Recent Hires" monitor in Clay is designed to track new hires at specified companies within the last three months. It doesn't inherently remove seniority filters or add lower-level titles. However, the issue you're experiencing might be related to how the monitoring is set up or how job titles are categorized. To resolve this, we recommend reviewing your setup: 1. Check your people search filters to ensure they include the desired seniority levels. 2. Review the AI-powered job title categorization, which groups titles into four buckets: Junior ICs, Managers, Directors and VPs, and C-suite/Founders.
