Clarifying Charges for Predict Leads and Technology Stack Searches

i thought predict leads / build with only charge credits if they find the technology stack we are looking for? Seems we have been charged when nothing is found

While some providers will charge just for attempting to find results, others do offer refunds when they're unable to deliver valid data.You have two options to manage these costs: 1.
