Help Needed: Normalize 'Created At' Dates for Pipedrive CRM Integration

·
·

Please help me normalise 'created at' dates so I can push to CRM... the time part of the format isn't going into CRM (Pipedrive), it messes up. Tried with a formula made with "use AI" but it doesn't appear to do what the function says.

You can use the Format Date/Time action in Clay to normalize your dates. Here's how: 1. Use the Format Date/Time formatter to convert your 'created at' dates 2. Select Unix Timestamp as your output format to ensure CRM compatibility 3. Make sure the timezone settings match your requirements (defaults to UTC if not specified)The formatter will provide several output options including Unix Timestamp which ensures proper compatibility with CRM systems. For successful data transfer to your CRM, it's crucial to match the data type in your Clay table with the corresponding field type in your CRM to avoid export errors. Hey Daniel, thanks for reaching out! And apologies for the delay here. It's also likely due to having this column type being set to a date format rather than a text format. If you're pushing data into a CRM I would recommend keeping this column as a text column to avoid potential road bumps due to formatting. :) Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1347419411/65baf32e1d2a789ffba395c6d35c/CleanShot+2025-01-22+at+_42I1FzxXHf%402x.png?expires=1739310300&signature=8daba113caa2e96e553eae6baccb5c29bf0643cb741f152bec7b257e5a5a044f&req=dSMjEc1%2FlIVeWPMW1HO4zVws4pg0DFSrgvYjA82bedDP3w%3D%3D%0A
