How to Find Local LinkedIn Leads Efficiently and Avoid Random Data

Hey when I search for LI leads in a city the data is random, not city focused, so useless to me... Eg Find People UK, as I only want UK people, then Greater Manchester, I'm getting contacts from Belfast, Glasgow, Exeter etc etc etc. dat is useless and will take more time to sort than ideal! Any Ideas?
