my signal query is running from the past 3 hours, and I am not getting any results. Why is this happening? Any idea?
Signal queries can experience delays due to several factors. Try these solutions: 1. Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) 2. Check if your query is too broad - make it more specific 3. Break your data request into smaller batches 4. Verify your usage limits and API quotas 5. Ensure your network connection is stable Signals typically cost 1 credit for every 5 records checked, so also confirm you have sufficient credits.
Hi Sakshi, Looks like you need to input either a Companies Filter or Peoples Filter. The source can't seem to fire right without one of those to start. I've escalated to our team to take a look at the backend. Let me know how adding one of these goes and if that resolves the issue! Gabe
Thanks, will try that way. what's the issue with this one? https://app.clay.com/workspaces/624706/workbooks/wb_0sx6hduQqCeJPUJdnYq/tables/t_0sx6hduT3n9C3riTrbo/views/gv_0sx6hdvvb42ez5ubzYQ
Hi Sakshi, I'm looking closer into this for the issue. This signal seems to be linked correctly. The first things that jump out to me is the one month frequency window and the lone vendor (Wizr AI) filter. Some filters can limit results significantly and some providers (like TrustRadius) may have data gaps causing it not to pull results. Any way to use as few filters as possible to find your desired results? Would try that if possible.
I'm going to keep poking around on my end to sort. Sorry you're having this issue here!
Circling back, I'd try a larger time horizon (longer than one month) and to make the search criteria as broad as is helpful. I got it to work consistently using broader search terms. With these kinds of data pulls, what's usually happening is there's one filter or input point missing from TrustRadius that's gating lots of your results. Let me know how this goes and how else I can help! Gabe
