I'm trying to filter out the contacts that are with B2C only companies so I don't run a mobile / email enrichment on them as they are irrelevant but I don't see a way to do it? Any ideas?
You can use the email type identification feature to filter out likely personal or consumer email addresses. Our system can identify whether an email is:1. A likely personal email 2. A likely company email 3. From common consumer email providers (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud, etc.)You can use these indicators to filter out contacts that are more likely to be B2C or consumer-focused before running your enrichment processes. For example, you could focus your enrichment only on contacts with "Is Likely Company Email = true" and filter out those with personal email indicators. Hi Dylan, thank you for reaching out. In order to prevent the mobile enrichment from running for those columns you will n4ed to use conditional running. Select the header of any column that you would like to work with (in your case the Cam M. Email" column of the email waterfall you will create). From the menu that pops up, select "Edit Column". https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1289397518/e67530e46e57c0151454c3dbba9f/CleanShot%2B2024-12-09%2Bat%2B14_57_47-402x.png?expires=1734364800&signature=5e027f35b5404540c8243c1919818ac2b7a934dd9550ecd1006bfe3ccdf34058&req=dSIvH8p3moReUfMW1HO4zZcDigctzzkBDjttC6QyhrGD8g%3D%3D%0A Now, scroll to the bottom of the menu that appears. Under "Run Settings">"Only Run if" press on "Use AI". https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1289397521/2fe5929c714bc81414127a9b3582/CleanShot-2B2024-11-21-2Bat-2B11_29_35-402x.png?expires=1734364800&signature=72108a966968375cc83cc12cc3ae03b6076d656f17647341a146583eb93d5a3b&req=dSIvH8p3moRdWPMW1HO4za3ngTcySut0klsWOi276HsbFw%3D%3D%0A After selecting this, you'll be able to either use an AI prompt in the first box or JavaScript to instruct Clay on how to process the results from a column. An example of what this looks like is shown below: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1289397522/0b69e57b3ac5174e30521d5b74ef/CleanShot-2B2024-11-12-2Bat-2B13_02_13-402x.png?expires=1734364800&signature=c68b760ac5aeb5eeb24603d8c85a59e80202115971daa73738c673f83a52c876&req=dSIvH8p3moRdW%2FMW1HO4zasptL9APS0A2aKrC0%2Bcs4Y6Yw%3D%3D%0A In this case, I recommend using the first box to specify to Clay what type of condition it should verify before it runs this AI column. For example, you could tell it to only run if a certain column contains the word "B2C". Then, click on "Generate Formula," which will create a JavaScript formula for you and show the results that would be generated if the formula were applied. If you're satisfied with the results, simply click "Output Is Correct, Save Formula."
