Hey there wondering about incremental purchase of credits. I am planning to get Pro Tier, annual 600k credits. What is the minimum increment of credits Im able to buy later if I need more?
๐ค You've caught us outside of our support hours (9am-9pm EST), but don't worry - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in the thread below so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hi Josh, thanks for reaching out. Taking a look at this now.
If you only need more credits for a particular month, you can purchase credit top-ups directly from your billing modal - you can purchase up to 2x your monthly credit balance in top-ups. New credits will be added to your balance instantly and there will be no changes to your plan or billing cycle. If you foresee an ongoing increase in credit usage, you can upgrade to the next available tier in your pricing plan. This will reset your billing cycle and you will receive the new credit allotment from the new plan instantly.
Thanks - in the instance I buy an annual plan I would get all 600k credits up front rather than a monthly refresh
Does this mean I can top up with 100k increments whenever I'd like? What would the associated cost then be for these incremental credits? Asking as I am creating a model projecting initial clay costs for my boss. thx
That is correct, yearly plans will provide you with your credits up-front, and you'll be able to manage their spend throughout the year!
Can you plz clarify the second/third part of my question: Does this mean I can top up with 100k increments whenever I'd like? What would the associated cost then be for these incremental credits?
Here's some additional context on credit top-ups: 1. Cost of Credit Top-Ups: Credit top-ups are priced at 1.5 times the unit cost of the credits on your current plan. So, if your credits under the current plan cost $1 per credit, the top-up credits would cost $1.50 each. 2. Top-Up Limits: Credit top-ups start at a minimum of 250 credits. Additionally, your total balance of rolled-over and top-up credits cannot exceed twice your current monthly credit limit. If your total credit balance exceeds this 2x cap at the beginning of the next billing cycle, your balance will be capped at that 2x limit. thank you! on a 600k annual Pro plan am I correct in saying my monthly limit is 50,000 credits?
The annual plan will not have the associated monthly limits, because you'll be awarded all your credits at the beginning of your billing period!
Thanks! so I can purchase unlimited credits at a 50% mark up? Also in the event I wanted to move up a credit bracket or purchase a very large amount (ex. start at annual 600k and want to add 240k to move up to the 840k total) would I be able to purchase it at the cost differential highlighted on your pricing page? How would that work?
Yes, you should be able to purchase a 240k top-up when on a 600k annual plan! This will work according to the top-up limits I explained above.
sorry for all the questions - I think this is the last one ๐ Is there an opportunity t buy bulk credits at a lower price than a 50% mark up after moving forward with the 600k plan? Lets say I start there but a month in realize I actually need twice as many credits and should have purchased Pro annual 1.2 million credits (as an example)
No worries at all! Happy to help here. There won't be a chance to purchase at a discount, but we may be able to move you up to a higher tier annual pro plan depending on your credit consumption level. If this happens I suggest that you get in touch with our support team again and we'll be able to submit a request for you with our billing team!
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
