Troubleshooting Claygent Enrichment for Multiple Rows in Workbook

Hey everyone, I seem to have the an issue with getting a response from claygent. I used claygent to help me find relevant leads at listed companies in the workbook table. I clicked on Add enrichment, chose claygent, created a prompt and clicked on save and run for 10 rows. The response is not showing. However, when I click on any row and click run (just in this one row), the result is showing up. How to fix it so the enrichment runs for all 10 or more rows? I don't imagine clicking each of 160 rows one by one 🫠

There are a few ways to resolve this issue: 1. Toggle the auto-update setting off and on again in your enrichment column, then accept the run prompt - this should update all rows. 2. If that doesn't work, you can try these alternative methods: • Right-click the column and select "Play" > "Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors" • Right-click the column > "Run Column" > "Force Run All Rows" • Right-click the column > "Run Column" > "Choose Number of rows to run" if you want to specify a certain range If you're still experiencing issues after trying these solutions, you may need to request help from a human agent.

Hey, that's typically because you didn't specify the output in the enrichment setup. Try using JSON Schema option > Generate from prompt. This will structure your data correctly, then you can click on any row > add to column > select the columns you want to export the data to. Once properly configured with the schema, the enrichment should run across all rows instead of requiring individual runs. Feel free to send us the table URL for some extra help if needed
