Tried uploading my CSV file to Clay, but all the data in the cells are missing. Weird because when I open the CSV I can see it all there. But not appearing once I upload to Clay. Could I get some help? ๐
When uploading a CSV file to Clay, there are a few important things to note:1. For enterprise customers using passthrough tables, data is automatically processed, enriched, and forwarded to a designated destination before being deleted from the original table. 2. To ensure your data uploads correctly: โข Navigate to the Source panel โข Upload your file by clicking "Browse Files" or drag and drop โข Carefully match your CSV columns to the correct Clay table fields โข Choose whether to add to current table, create new table, or replace current table โข Decide if you want to run enrichment immediately or save without runningIf you're still experiencing issues with missing data, double-check your column mapping to ensure all fields are properly matched to their corresponding Clay table fields. Sure, this is the clay table with the data missing from the cells. FYI I got this data from storeleads, then uploaded into a ckay table and that was fine. Did some enrichment then wanted to verify the emails. So I exported and out in findymail to verify. Then when I got it back from findymail and tried to upload them into clay, that's when the data in the cells was missing https://app.clay.com/workspaces/187905/tables/t_5fpcYNhcMhF7/views/gv_4upWNJ6sThu9
Hey there Jacques thanks for reaching out, just to clarify here you uploaded the CSV back into the same Clay Table or was it into a different one? Also do you have a copy of the CSV so that we can check to see what is going with it.
